Born in 1993. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta in 2016 and a Master's degree in Economics from Padjadjaran University Bandung in 2019. She has served as Accounting Staff at CV Lima Roti Dua Ikan in 2016, as Supervisor of Financial Accounting & Tax (2019 - 2023), as Independent Commissioner at PT Kongkowkitchen Global Sentosa (2023 - 2024), and as Manager of Financial Accounting & Tax at PT Enerel Kosmetika Biotech (2023 - 2025). Currently, she serves as President Director of PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk. (2025 - Present).

Born in 1990. She currently serves as Director at PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk, since June 2025. Previously, she was Director at PT Anugerah Berkat Abadindo from 2017 to 2024. She also served as Director at PT Davest Artha Propertindo from 2021 to 2024 and was also Director at PT Send Sinar Trans Logistik. She served as Commissioner at PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk.(2024 - 2025). Ms. Santih holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics from STIKI University Makassar.
